My first Grateful Dead album was Blues for Allah. It had the skeleton playing the violin on the front, because I was into Black Sabbath and stuff, I thought the skeleton was a symbol of heavy metal music. lol.

I’d never heard of the Grateful Dead, but when I put Blues for Allah on my turntable, I didn’t stop playing it until the grooves wore down. I can play it in my head from start to finish. I’d never heard such music before, and it blew my mind. It sounds a little trite to say that, but it truly did.

I heard Franklin’s Tower played in concert many many times. Those were the days!

I never knew rose hips look like radishes, kinda. Thanks for the knowledge!
